How to register and finance further education
Anyone who plans to register for further education at the school should contact the external student and further education department as soon as possible in order to establish a quote. There is a registration fee.
The process to apply for funding will differ depending on the organisations involved: CPF, Pôle emploi, Opérateurs Professionnels de Compétences (OPCO). Funding can cover registration fees, allow your employer to maintain your salary or even maintain Pôle emploi benefits (ARE, ASP, ATI). It is important to note that the process can take a few days and up to a few weeks as some applications require a prior agreement from the employer or from the relevant OPCO up to six months before the start of the school year.
Please note, no registration application for further education will be examined:
- Beyond July 31 of the year preceding the start of the internship in question.
- Without the certificate of success in exams for students currently studying at the Ecole du Louvre.
- Without the admission notice from the school committee for students arriving by equivalence at the Ecole du Louvre.
- Without the decision of the commission for validation of acquired experience (VAE) for students arriving via a VAE course.
