The advantages of the free listener card
Course access control
The École du Louvre free listener card is intended to control access to the courses for which you are registered and must be presented to gain entry to teaching areas.
Free listeners to courses in Paris delivered in person or via blended learning
During its period of validity, your card grants free and unlimited access to the permanent collections and temporary exhibitions at:
- the Louvre Museum,
- the Eugène Delacroix Museum,
- the Musée d’Orsay,
- the Musée de l’Orangerie.
It offers a reduced rate:
- at the Guimet Museum of Asian Art,
- at the Rodin Museum,
- at the National Museum of Modern Art (Centre Pompidou).
During its period of validity, the free listener card for the introductory course in the history of world architecture also provides free and unlimited access to the permanent collections of the Cité de l’Architecture et du Patrimoine.
Please note: the École du Louvre free listener card does not grant priority ‘skip-the-queue’ access.
Auditors of distance-learning courses
The auditor’s card is not issued to auditors enrolled exclusively on online courses.
Auditors of regional courses
Your card is intended solely for access control to courses. Unlike the cards issued to auditors of courses in Paris and online courses, it does not entitle you to discounts or free entry to museums.
